Of course, a company is nothing without its people. Providing internal training and promotion for my team helps keep them motivated and relevant. I love coming in to work everyday to watch my team grow and progress together, in their capacity as an employee at work, as well as in their personal development. This is important to me as I too, was given the opportunity to co-helm the company by our founder, Mr Peh Chong Eng.
