Conceptual Design
We start by understanding your brief, site and budget. Our team reviews existing site conditions, planning constraints and your operational needs, then works with your architect and engineers to shape a buildable concept that meets URA, BCA and SCDF requirements before detailed design begins.
Development
Next, we develop the concept into a coordinated scheme. Structural, architectural and M&E inputs are aligned, materials and methods are chosen for buildability and cost, and a realistic programme and budget are agreed with you, so key decisions are made early rather than on site.
Documentation
Before work starts, we prepare the construction drawings, method statements, risk assessments and permits the job needs. Your Qualified Person handles regulatory submissions, while we plan procurement, subcontractor scopes and site logistics, so every party works from the same approved information.
Execution
On site, our project team manages safety, quality, cost and progress every day under our ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems. We coordinate trades, inspections and testing through to completion and handover, and support you during the defects liability period.
